\nfleet for 25,000 Credits. Requires Light III to activate (though, can
\nbe bought (and used once activated) regardless of alignment level).<\/p>\n
Hutt Observer \u2013 Can be bought from the Collector\u2019s Edition Vendor on
\nthe fleet for 25,000 Credits. Requires Collector\u2019s Edition and VIP

Taunta \u2013 Can be bought from the Collector\u2019s Edition Vendor on the
\nfleet for 200,000 Credits. Requires Collector\u2019s Edition and VIP
\nLounge Wristband to access the store.<\/p>\n
Lawgriffarl \u2013 Can be bought from the PVP Items Vendor on the fleet
\nfor 1,000 Ranked Commendations and 2,000 Warzone Commendations.
\nRequires Rank 70 Valor.<\/p>\n
Lobelisk \u2013 Can be bought from the PVP Items Vendor on the fleet for
\n1,000 Ranked Commendations and 2,000 Warzone Commendations. Requires

\nM0-GUL Thrall Droid \u2013 Dropped from Karagga the Unyielding in Karagga\u2019s
\nPalace\/Hutt Hospitality on normal and hard. It is a \u201crare\u201d drop.
\nHowever, it has a higher chance to drop on Nightmare mode and has a
\nchance to drop on most of the bosses in that difficulty.<\/p>\n
Taunling \u2013 Summoned from a Exotic Animal Crate which drops from
\nGargath, one of the world bosses on Hoth.<\/p>\n
Midnight Rakling \u2013 Dropped from bosses in Lost Island Hard Mode. (Has
\nnot been confirmed to not drop in normal mode as, well, nobody is
\n really doing normal mode so can\u2019t really be checked enough to determine)<\/p>\n
Orosquab \u2013 Hatched from a Mysterious Egg. Mysterious Eggs are dropped
\nfrom bosses in Lost Island Hard Mode. (Has not been confirmed to not
\ndrop in normal mode as, well, nobody is really doing normal mode so
\ncan\u2019t really be checked enough to determine)<\/p>\n
Deep Wriggler – Dropped from the final boss in Terror from Beyond. May
\nbe hard mode only.<\/p>\n
Dwedtoof \u2013 Dropped from Dreadtooth on 5+ Stacks. (Requires Friend Rank
\nwith Section X to activate)<\/p>\n
L1-L Defender \u2013 Dropped from Ancient Gree Defender, who will sometimes
\nspawn instead of Ancient Gree Destroyer, and Xenoanalyst II. (Requires
\nFriend Rank with the Gree to activate)<\/p>\n

\nAdventure Pets
\n—————–
\nOrokeet \u2013 Hatched from an Unusual Egg. Unusual Eggs can be found in
\nnests on Alderaan, Taris (Republic Only), and Balmorra (Imperial Only)
\nwith a 4 hour respawn time. Each pair of nests shares the respawn
\ntimer so once 4 hours is up, it can appear in either nest regardless
\nof which nest it was taken from to begin with.
\n\u2013Alderaan Coordinates (Every pair shares a spawn timer):
\n\u2014\u2014X: 168, Y: 1836 \u2013 Under the broken bridge in the Serene Meadow in
\nAlsakan Lowlands. You need to jump down to a horizontal log from the
\nlower side (Recommended to jump down from the rocks\u2013not the actual
\nbroken bridge) and then run across and jump down onto the next.
\nX: 215, Y:1787 – Also by the Broken Bridge mentioned above, head to
\nthese coordinates and jump straight down to another nest (you should
\nbe able to see it when you look down from this spot). Much simpler
\nthan the other–though, this jump will take nearly all your health
\nso be sure to be at full health when jumping or if you can, use a
\ncooldown to reduce damage.
\n\u2014\u2014X: 1930, Y: -1451 \u2013 Involves you going up a mountain and through
\na cave all the way around and then jumping down to land on top of
\nthe entrance of the cave you entered where the nest is. Also has
\nseveral enemies (Mostly Killiks) around.
\n\u2014\u2014X: 1825, Y:-1384 \u2013 Like the above, but instead jumping above
\nwhere you exit the cave instead of the entrance.
\n\u2014\u2014X:-2469, Y:-293 \u2013 Involves going past House Panteer and climbing
\nup some wreckage. Need to use the MGGS to get to the highest area
\nwhere the nest is. Will have to run through some enemies.
\n\u2014\u2014X-2517, Y:-301 \u2013 Not far from the one above, at X:-2524, Y: -314,
\nlook up and to the South East and you will see a Magnetic Stabilizer.
\nUse your MGGS on it and you will be taken up to the nest.
\n\u2013Taris (Republic Only) Coordinates:
\n\u2014\u2014X: 1363, Y: 75 – TThese are actually two nests right next to
\neachother–one to the left of this spot and one to the right
\n(don’t worry, it’s just a walk!). To get there, you want to climb
\nup the pipe at X: 1182, Y:263. Jump off it and head to your right
\nand around. When you get to the far edge (X: 1104, Y:224), look
\ndown to see some metal sticking out and walk onto it and then,
\njump to the platform across from it (I’d recommend jumping across
\non a speeder). Then, just head straight back and you’ll find the
\n2 nests up and to the right on the grassy hill.
\n\u2013Balmorra (Imperial Only) Coordinates:
\n\u2014\u2014X: -1782, Y: 1208 – These nests are near Grandfather in the
\nnorthern area of his heroic area (To the North East of where he
\nspawns). You’ll either need to climb up the rocks and jump down or
\nrun through the exhaustion zone to get to them. Like Taris, the
\nnests are across from one another.<\/p>\n
Taunlet \u2013 At X:834, Y:759 in the area of Glacial Fissure with
\nthe volcanoes and stuff. There is a little opening between
\ntwo sides of the area that you need to go through after using
\nthe Ice Scabbler Jerky and getting the buff from it. When you
\ndo, a Tauntaun (\u201cFrightened Taunlet\u201d) will spawn at the end
\nof the area that you need to click and use the NVSCCS on.
\n-\u2013QUICK TIDBIT: Unlike the Magenta Crystal, not all people
\nwith you in the party\/ops are required to have the buff\/Ice
\nScrabbler Jerky\u2013it only spawns the Tauntaun, the NVSCCS is
\nthe only thing required to actually capture it so if one
\nperson has the buff on, they could let anyone within the
\nhour get it (You may need to run out and back in though
\nif the Tauntaun disappears) as long as the buff doesn\u2019t
\ndisappear and they haven\u2019t gotten their pet yet (so
\nyou\u2019d have to get your pet last).<\/p>\n

Lobelot – Could be bought from Shady Dealer in the Lower Promenade

\nthe event quests and Smuggler’s Crates that were spread around

\nHow to get Requirements Needed
\n——————————-
\nHow to hatch an Orobird Egg
\n——————————
\nTo hatch the Orobird Egg, you need to go to Tatooine. From
\nthere, you want to:
\n1. Get the Water buff from a Water Vaporator. (There\u2019s some
\nright near the taxi area in Anchorhead and one right in the
\nmiddle of the second town on the Imperial Side).
\n2. Head to the Czerka Archeological Site in the Dune Sea and
\ngo behind it (At about -2410 by -335). There will be a
\nbunch of solar panels and behind one, an odd machine that
\nhas solar panels facing inside.
\n3. Go under the strange machine and stay there until your
\negg hatches. It will then turn into an exhaustion zone
\n(and take away the water buff) once the egg has hatched
\nand you will need to run out.<\/p>\n
Only hatch ONE EGG AT A TIME or it can glitch.<\/p>\n

\nHow to get Ice Scrabbler Jerky
\n——————————-
\nBesides someone making it for you, you can get the schematic
\nfrom:
\n1. The final bosses in Kaon Under Siege HM
\n2. Snowblind, one of the Hoth World Bosses. (He also can
\nsometimes drop the jerky himself)
\n3. Gargath, the other Hoth World Boss.
\n4. Primal Destroyer, the Belsavis World Boss.<\/p>\n
You can reverse engineer the jerky (if it drops) to try and
\nlearn the schematic, however, you can not reverse engineer
\none made for you. The recipe requires 300 Biochem to learn
\nand uses the following ingredients:
\n1. 4x Cosmic Trace Particle \u2013 Grade 4 Biochem Compound
\n2. 4x Inert Virus \u2013 Grade 4 Biochem Sample
\n3. Ice Scrabbler Liver \u2013 Random drop from various mobs on
\nHoth and Ilum.
\n4. 2x Pickled Space Worm \u2013 Can be bought in the cantina on
\nBalmorra and Hoth for 350 Credits each.
\n5. Ice Fern \u2013 Can be found and gathered by anyone on Hoth.
\nRespawns every 30 minutes.
\n\u2013Coordinates:

\nWhere to get the NVSCCS and MGGS
\n———————————
\nThe NVSCCS and MGGS are both sold at the same place and by the
\nsame person, Lain-Ricie on Alderaan. You can find her in the
\nJuran Mountains at X: 1870, Y: 1089. The NVSCCS costs 5,000 each
\nand the MGGS costs 10,000 credits. The NVSCCS is a useable item
\nand you can buy multiples (which stack up to 5). The MGGS is a
\npermanent item, but is unique so you can not have more than one
\nat a time.<\/p>\n

\nWhere to get a VIP Lounge Wristband
\n————————————
\nThe VIP Pass is given to free to Users who bought a Digital
\nDeluxe or Collector’s Edition versions of SW:TOR. If you
\ndid not buy either of those versions however, you may
\npurchase a VIP Lounge Wristband for 1,000,000 Credits
\nfrom either Bartender in the Cantina (the center area)
\nof the Fleet,<\/p>\n

\nBeta Pets
\n—————–
\nThe following pets were available in Beta only. I am
\nmostly just listing them here for archive purposes.
\nIf they ever become available, I will move them to
\nthe appropriate section. Some of these pets were
\nsupposed to be available when the game went live,
\nbut for whatever reason, never were.<\/p>\n
1. Smelly – Smelly was summoned through Fresh Cryomoss
\nwhich dropped from high level mobs in Voss. However,
\nsupposedly only Vanguards could get it for some reason.<\/p>\n
2. L2-P2 – L2-P2\u2019s Call Signal was given to all Beta Testers
\nduring one of their Beta Weekends. It was supposed to be able
\nto be bought from a Stim Vendor on Coruscant, but the Stim
\nVendor never appeared (or if they replaced that specific one,
\nL2-P2 has yet to be for sale).<\/p>\n
3. Lil’ Probey – Lil\u2019 Probey\u2019s Codec was sold by a vendor.
\nLil’ Probey was supposed to be for sale at a Stim Vendor
\non Drommund Kass, but the Stim Vendor never appeared
\n(or if they replaced that specific one, Lil’ Probey has yet
\nto be for sale).<\/p>\n
4. Tynock – Gotten through a special summoning item. Never
\ncame over.<\/p>\n
5. Torchy\/T0R-CE Mk 7 Assembly Kit – Due to it’s name, it
\nwas expected to be the Collector’s Edition Pet. Whatever
\nhappened to it is unknown, but it has yet to appear
\nin the main game.<\/p>\n

\nThere are currently 41 confirmed pets that can be
\ncurrently used ingame.<\/p>\n
2. What server do you play on?
\nThe Shadowlands (Previously Corellian Run before the server
\nmerger.)<\/p>\n
3. Do pets do anything besides follow you around?
\nNope. They are just for show :) Though, before they fixed
\nthe targetting error, my Little Sandcrawler made an awesome
\ntank.<\/p>\n
4. Targeting Error?
\nFor a while, NPCs could target your pets and attack them.
\nThey actually took some damage for a while from AOEs, but
\nthat was fixed–targeting took a bit longer however.<\/p>\n
5. Can pets take damage?
\nSometimes Fall Damage, but they’re not supposed to anymore.<\/p>\n
6. How do you use a pet?
\nClick your Abilities icon and then pick Pets. Just click
\nwhichever pet you want to use from there! <\/p>\n
7. How do you dismiss a pet?
\nClick your Abilities icon and then pick Pets. Just click
\nwhichever pet you currently have being used to dismiss it.<\/p>\n
8. Are pets tradeable?
\nUnfortunately, most aren’t. While items that are used to
\nget a pet usually are (For example, all 3 Orobird Eggs (please
\nkeep in mind that one they are hatched, however, they are no
\nlonger able to be traded), Ice Scrabbler Jerky, NVSCCS, and
\nDNA samples are tradeable), but the only actual pet, besides
\nall the Cartel Market Pets, that can be sold or traded is the
\nPale Rakling at the moment.<\/p>\n
9. Do you have to take care of pets in any way?
\nNope, they all stay perfectly fed, hydrated, and healthy
\nforever! :D<\/p>\n
10. What happened to the Ganniffarl?
\nIt’s name was changed to the Gannifari. It is not the first
\ntime a pet’s name has changed by the time it was released
\n(For example, Orokeet used to be Red-footed Orobird).<\/p>\n
11. I went back to a nest after 4 hours\/waited at a nest for
\n4 hours and it wasn’t there! Isn’t it on a 4 hour respawn time?
\nIt still is, however, for whatever reason they will usually
\nspawn in the other nest near there when the 4 hours are up.<\/p>\n
12. I heard the Rhythm Augmentation Droid is a pet, but you do
\nnot have it listed. Are you missing it or is that not true?
\nTechnically, the Augmentation Droid is categorized as a pet in
\nthe data, however, that is the only way it is a pet. You can
\nsummon it, but that’s about it. It will not follow you and
\nwill stay wherever you leave it (though, sometimes they may
\nat least switch floors with you if you use an Elevator). What
\nmakes a Vanity Pet, well, a Vanity Pet is the fact that it
\nfollows you around passively. Though, some people consider
\npets that do things along with following you around (Like picking
\nup items or helping you fight) still Vanity Pets.<\/p>\n
Other items that some people consider pets like the Rhythm
\nAugmentation Droid (which can be gotten for 55K from the Security
\nVendor on the Fleet, for the record) are: Training Droid (From
\ngetting a Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Edition version of the
\ngame), the Galactic Party Bomb (Requires Social Level 10. Costs
\n100K and can be bought from the Social Vendor on Ilum), the Field
\nRepair Droid (Legacy Perk–more so the first two ranks as the last
\nrank kind of looks like your ship droid), the Field Mail Drop
\n(Another Legacy Perk), and the Ship Repair Droid (One of the
\nLegacy Ship unlocks–this one spreads across all characters).<\/p>\n
13. What is the Cartel Market?
\nIt is a cash shop for the game that you can purchase
\nvarious pets and items from for Cartel Coins.<\/p>\n
14. When was the Rakghoul Pandemic?
\nIt was April 15th, 2012 until April 24th, 2012. The vendor might
\nappear sometime in the future though.<\/p>\n
15. When was the Grand Acquisitions Race?
\nIt was August 14, 2012 until August 21st, 2012. Though, the vendor
\nwas around until August 28th, 2012.<\/p>\n

\nMarch 12th, 2013: Cartel Coin Cards are officially appearing in stores
\nand have brought along 3 new pets with them! Also new pets in Cartel
\npacks, but that’s, unfortunately, not very surprising… :\/
\nFebruary 12th, 2013: 1.7 brings a new cartel pack with a whole bunch
\nof brand new pets. Not to mention some new pets through Reputation
\nas well.
\nJanuary 23rd, 2013: A new pet has been announced for anyone who
\npreorders the Hutt Cartel Expansion.
\nJanuary 8th, 2012: A whole bunch of new pets in the new Cartel Pack.
\nDecember 11th, 2012: With a new Cartel Pack comes new pets.
\nNovember 29th, 2012 – Turns out these pets are not actually out yet and
\nare still being finalized and thus, may not actually happen. It is
\nsomething that is still being discussed and thus they have been
\nremoved for the time being.
\nNovember 28th, 2012 – Some new code pets added.
\nNovember 15th, 2012 – Free-to-Play has hit with lots of pets through
\nthe Cartel Market. Expect lots of updates as they become uncovered.
\nNovember 1st, 2012 – M0-GUL Thrall Droid updated.
\nOctober 1st, 2012 – Lobelode and Orochick have been confirmed not to
\nbe out yet and have been removed.
\nSeptember 29th, 2012 – Name has been fixed to Deep Wriggler :)
\nSeptember 18th, 2012 – Some updates to FAQ questions. Also, new pet:
\nDeep Wiggler, which you get from the new operation that is introduced
