The Event involves you earning Event currency through playing a minigame up to three times a day. When you’ve earned at least 500 Event Currency, you can use it to spin for either a prize or an episodic adventure with an LI to earn their illustration. <\/p>\n

Dialogue choices do not matter so just pick which you’d like! All answers are neutral as well and have no effect on the LoM.<\/b><\/p>\n

Essentially, Town Hall organized a candy hunt in a dilapidated mansion before they rehabilitate it. Your company and others that they are partnered with were put in charge of dressing up to scare people and decorate. <\/p>\n

If you land on Thomas:<\/b><\/p>\n

You’re waiting for him to finish dressing up. He explains how he picked the costume he did as he figured it would have the biggest scare effect on the kids coming. <\/p>\n

Thomas:<\/b> Between forty and fifty percent of adults suffer from at least mild coulrophobia.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You didn’t want to wear a costume just because you liked it?
\n\u2022 Oh yeah, that seems like an optimal choice to me!
\n\u2022 That’s all? That number seems undervalued…<\/p>\n

From sweating, Thomas asks you to retouch your make-up. You also end up having him do yours to make you look scarier. <\/p>\n

Thomas:<\/b> Can you pass me a piece of candy?<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sure, what do you want?
\n\u2022 Hang on, let me finish your makeup.
\n\u2022 No, it’s for the kids!<\/p>\n

\n

If you land on Amanda:<\/b><\/p>\n

Amanda is helping finish up your make up. <\/p>\n

Amanda:<\/b> Anything to keep them from taking the candy!<\/p>\n

\u2022 Why do you want to keep the adults from taking the candy?
\n\u2022 We should do the opposite: it’s a lot easier to scare kids.
\n\u2022 Okay, let’s do that: we’ll give it our all for the adults.<\/p>\n

Alas, to Amanda’s surprise, the kids aren’t scared at all. <\/p>\n

Amanda:<\/b> And if we fail again, we’ll adapt.<\/p>\n

\u2022 (I nodded, trying to look determined.)
\n\u2022 Don’t you think you’re taking this a bit too much to heart?
\n\u2022 Okay, lead the way!<\/p>\n

She ends up overdoing it a bit with the fake blood and asks for your help to wipe it off. <\/p>\n

\n

If you land on Devon:<\/b><\/p>\n

Due to doing such a good job, you decide to take a break from watching your Candy to check in on everyone else. <\/p>\n

\u2022 (Especially since I wonder if that’s what Devon has planned…)
\n\u2022 (I took a deep breath to give myself courage.)
\n\u2022 (Even if Devon’s presence is always reassuring.)<\/p>\n

The lights suddenly go out, so you go to try and find the fuse box. <\/p>\n

\u2022 I think I saw something move…
\n\u2022 The installations we set up are a little too good…
\n\u2022 Sorry, I didn’t mean to hurt you…<\/p>\n

Shortly after looking for matches, there is a jump scare when an old lady shows up. <\/p>\n

Candy will then be attacked by a plastic spider and jump into Devon’s arms. The lights will then return after. The two of you then decide to return to your post.<\/p>\n

\n

If you land on Roy:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 (Since the beginning, I’ve managed to remain professional despite everything.)
\n\u2022 (It’s not that it bothers me, but…)
\n\u2022 (Actually, I’ve basically been enjoying the view since earlier.)<\/p>\n

Roy:<\/b> Could you take a look at it? It looks like it may have been messed up… <\/p>\n

\u2022 (Under the pretext of examining his makeup, I got very close to him.)
\n\u2022 Yeah, it doesn’t look great…
\n\u2022 Your face is fine.<\/p>\n

\n

If you land on Jason:<\/b><\/p>\n

You’ve been by yourself in the Kitchen but are getting bored. Due to things getting rather quiet, you decide to check on everyone else. From the Kitchen, make your way to the Entryway and then to the Living Room.<\/p>\n

Alas, Thomas isn’t there. You see the mysterious masked man and decide to try and follow him. <\/p>\n

\u2022 (I didn’t say anything. I’ll try to catch him at his own game.)
\n\u2022 Roy? Devon? Is anyone there? Thomas isn’t here…
\n\u2022 Thomas? Is that you? I swear, this really isn’t funny!<\/p>\n

You then head to the Library, but alas, Roy isn’t there. You start worrying the Masked Man maybe did something to them. Heading back to the Entryway, you see him on the stairs. He makes his way towards you and Candy heads back to the kitchen. <\/p>\n

In self-defense, Candy ends up injuring Jason thinking he was going to hurt her, but he was just trying to scare her. The reason he is there, despite not being partnered with Town Hall, is because Goldreamz has a partnership with the Mall which IS partnered with Town Hall. <\/p>\n

\u2022 You, again… One day, something bad is going to happen to you…
\n\u2022 This can’t be happening! Am I cursed or something?!
\n\u2022 Oh, it’s just you. If someone had to be injured, it might as well be you… <\/p>\n
