You can find Uncle Archibald at the park before you find your highest LoM to tell them about the private party. You must pick “No, these are the new guidelines from city hall…” to get the outfit.
Due to the Video Policy, Episode 17’s playthrough will be out at a later time!
The episode kicks off with Candy in the office talking to Brune. Elenda then bursts out of Devon’s office, excited.

When you find someone, you’ll learn Brune already texted everyone and then head home. You will find whoever you have the highest LoM with out of the Devenmentiel Love Interests unless it’s a free play as then you get to choose.
If you do a free replay, you will get a choice for who you want to find:

The flower option only appears if you got his Episode 3 illustration. You’ll then see various familiar faces if you played the previous series: Lysander (whose appearance makes a bit of a paradox with the Easter Event), Leigh, and Rosalya. Lynn is also here. (Plus Leo is still in the band with Gabin and Castiel so I guess that’s the canon for that)
After the show, the band will come to talk to you for a bit. The Mayor and his assistant then come to talk to you next.
After more discussion, you’ll leave the Snake Room to talk about the show with everyone.
